Does anyone have a good program that they run for boys in 6th-8th grade as incentive to daven better during the school minyan? Thanks!

We developed a "Davening Star" program for grades 5 and 6 that could apply equally to middle school.  The basic concept is a few clear guidelines that earn points each day (following along, not disrupting, singing where appropriate, etc).  Any student that earns a minimum # of points per week gets a star, and any student that earns a certain number of stars over a set duration of time (e.g. 6 stars out of 8 weeks) goes on a davening reward trip during school hours.
