The Shorashim Drill

This drill program can help students know the 250 most commonly-used shorashim in Chumash by the end of eighth grade. The shorashim are alphabetized and divided into four levels of difficulty. The students are encouraged to make connections between the shoresh and words that are already familiar to them from other places, such as in bentching. The students learn one group of words at a time, are quizzed on them and then learn the next group. There is constant review of the shorashim to ensure proficiency. Answer key included.
