Shemoneh Esrei Workbook and Lesson Guide

This Shemoneh Esrei Unit is designed to familiarize students with the composition of the Shemoneh Esrei, the essence of each Brocha and all applicable Halachos. It is comprised of three parts; a teachers’ guide, a student workbook and an activity section. The teachers’ guide features all of the information necessary for teaching this unit and includes some suggestions for presenting the material as well. The workbook serves to review the material covered; it features fill-in-the-blanks, multiple choice, and short-answer questions. Finally, the activity section is comprised of a choice of either plain or newspaper-themed templates upon which students can write each Bracha’s main idea. Use this item as the basis for a Shemoneh Esrei curriculum in Beiur Tefilla class.
