Pesach Word Splash Activity

Various key words or symbols relating to Pesach are on the Pesach Splash display. Working in groups, the students need to identify or define or explain the words/symbols are. The goal of this activator activity (primarily) is to find out what and how much the students know about the yom tov of Pesach before you start teaching the unit. This helps avoid reteaching information that students are already very comfortable with and allows a teacher to clear up misconceptions and gaps in student's knowledge.
