Nusach for Kavanas Hasheim

These slips of paper state that the reader intends to have the proper Kavana each time s/he recites Hashem’s name throughout the day. It is based on Orech Chaim Siman 5 (although the source of the Nusach provided here is unknown). These papers can be distributed when learning Hilchos Kavanas Hasheim in Halacha class, as part of an introduction to a Bei’ur Tefilla unit or simply prior to Davening.
