Notes for an interactive class discussion on Ka’as-Anger
that are presented as a give and take between the teacher and
student. The root of anger and some of its very negative
ramifications are explored and discussed. There are practical
short-term and long term solutions to curbing and working on your
anger. This can be used in a class discussion on middos or as
part of a workshop. (Ideas are drawn primarily from the Maharal
