Motzei Shabbos Form

This form is designed to encourage Shabosdig behavior over Shabbos. On Motzei Shabbos, parents must check off if students reviewed the parsha, said a devar Torah, sang zemiros, davened/went to shul, and wore Shabbos clothes.
