Mini-Globes

Design and assemble a replica of a globe of simple materials to give the children a visual, tactile understanding of how the Earth rotates and revolves around the sun. This simple tactile, hands-on project can be used for a unit dealing with Rosh Chodesh, Brias Haolam, or day/night, rotations of the Earth or whenever else appropriate.
