MapQuest Middos Program

This carefully crafted six week Middos Program utilizes a traveling theme for students to learn about positive character traits in each country they “visit”. They will stop at Mexico Middos Journey, Europe Yiras Shamayim, Caribbean Kavod, Africa Anavah, Southeast Asia Shmiras Halashon, and Eretz Yisrael Ahavas Yisrael. Each destination includes lessons, stories and activities with detailed instructions for implementation. All related sheets are included, including passport and visa templates, bulletin board templates and more! An especially nice aspect to an already fantastic program is that, with each Middah, students are asked to write an idea which they will take with them on their “journey” through life, helping them internalize the lessons they have discussed at a deeper level. This program was created for Shiur in camp but it can easily be adapted for a classroom setting.
