Chanukah Poetry Slam

A poetry slam is a great way for older students in middle school or high school to express themselves and think critically about the deeper meanings behind the holiday of Chanukah. They compose/read and present a poem to the class and dramatize it if possible. This activity integrates Chanukah information with creative, verbal expression.
