This is an innovative, active-participation brachos activity to
help students learn the brachos rishonos and acharonos for many
foods, or to see if they have mastered the various brachos.
Students use a desk strip that has the different brachos with
corresponding numbers. When the teacher calls out a food, the
student raises the number of fingers corresponding to the number
of that bracha. This allows for a kinesthetic, non-verbal review
of the material. It can be used to prepare students for a
brachos bee as well. |
