In this “craftivity” children work together to fit as many small apples as they can inside a big apple and then count them. This multi-step activity can be used in conjunction with a Rosh Hashana unit on apples or when learning the Bracha Ha’eitz as part of a Brachos unit. It reinforces cutting, gluing, counting and teamwork skills and involves some pre-math as well.
