613 Torah Avenue Play

Transcribed narration from Cheryl Knobel's and Rivkah Newman's record "613 Torah Ave." (vol. 1) and divided Chaim's part into 3 characters: Chaim, Chaya and Chavah. All students had parts in the script and sang the songs translated into Ivrit, in unison. The class made one poster for each Parsha and carried them across the stage as each Parsha's song was sung. The costumes for all the animated street objects made the play fun to watch and the combination of English narration and Hebrew songs held the audience's interest.
