A double sided card in the shape of a Siddur in which the students write a Kabbala that they are taking upon themselves. The students choose a mitzva or midda to focus on during the Yemei Ratzon and write or illustrate it inside the card. The card can be kept in their Siddur or Machzor for a visual reminder.
