Comments : I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your wonderful website. We are a military family and discovered your fabulous organization just before we moved to...Germany. Our son was only 2 or so, but we liked to do projects on the parsha and teach him alef beis. Then we moved to Camp Lejeune, NC...a beacon of Judaism. We homeschooled our then 5 year old and found a font of information with you. I downloaded many materials, but I have to say the one thing that sticks out for us is Aviva Kesiva. I learned kesiva many years ago, but did not remember all the letters. I was very intimidated to find out I needed to teach him this important skill BEFORE we got to St Louis (our new duty station where he would attend 1st grade)! Aviva Kesiva, aka Donna Zeffren saved the day. Her program was amazing and fun and his only wish is that there would have been Akiva Kesiva!!! Your website is an invaluable tool that I hope is used by many. I definitely spread the word about your fantastic content! Thank you for making a resource for teachers, home school moms and even anyone wanting to just supplement what their kids are getting!!!You may contact me at any time.Miriam SchwabP.S. When we got to St Louis he was ahead of or right on par with all the other kids. Thank you!!! |
