"All Aboard!" Facilitating Positive Parenting-Teacher Conferences and General Comunication: Rabbi Doniel Staum '08

This workshop explores some of the impediments that hinder the parent-teacher partnership. Participants will gain an understanding of why so many well-intentioned parents and teachers are not "on the same page" and why parents and teachers may leave a conference with the feeling that their viewpoint was not heard. Common challenges to this partnership will be explored and techniques to build and enhance the parent-teaher relationship will be discussed.
