For most Jews, Jewish History is boring at best, or even depressing at worst. Rabbi Berel Wein and the Destiny Foundation have developed a new methodology for teaching Jewish History- for both adults and children from grade 6 and above that not only uses their newly produced media, but involves every person in the process. Jewish identity is heightened and each individual feels involved as a result of this experience. In this session, Rabbi Dr. Amsel will explain both the theory of this methodology and how to use it practically. This material is appopriate for Jews of all ages from 10 until 120, which will enhance existing Jewish History and World History curricula, or can also be used as a special event program for students and parents.
