Rabbi Kviat, zt"l, was a former rosh yeshiva of the Mirrer Yeshiva and the rabbi of the Agudas Yisroel of 18th St. in Brooklyn, NY.  He speaks about his journey with the Mirrer yeshiva from Poland across Russia and to Japan and Shanghai where he waited out the war before coming to America.
