I am helping with a program for our small community and I have a class of about 6-10 first thru third graders.  There are a few who were taught Hebrew and they are able to read fairly well, and the rest either cannot read, or don't even know the letters.  It is not possible at this point to split the class and we don't want to lose any students.  How can I bridge the gap in a 45 min class once a week?  I am not an experienced teacher, I am new at this and am trying to help the community.  I could use some advice...
