Fast workers

I would like to know if anyone has tips for me:
I have pupils who work much faster than the rest of the class and i need to give them something to do, otherwise they disturb the class.
But it has to be something they like to do ( which wont make them dread the first work in order not to get anything else) and yet not too fun so that the slower children won't rush through their work to get the fun iece of work.....
Get the point?
Waiting for tips and and ideas......

Depending on the age... 1-3 love Ktiva, handwriting. Each of my students has a ktiva workbook in their desk. When ever they finish early, they go continue in their workbooks. Also, you can have stories to read (and you may even give them the opportunity to repeat it to the class when there's time).

I would give them an extra exercice ( same level of difficulty) on the subject we're learning now in class.
All my lessons have to be reviewed afterwards at home, so i suggest they review it in class and then i quizz them on the material. (if it won't risk to get too noisy in the classroom)..
Do any of your fast workers like to read, draw, ...?
you could give them a book to read and they'll have to make a report on it, you could make them draw something to decorate the class.
I once heard from a teacher that he would give his very fast workers, a report on something to prepare during class hours and then the student would present it to the whole class.
to motivate them to work at a good pace give them an incentive..
i would give out coupons to all thos who finished their work, neatly and correctly . and after a certain amount of coupons they couls come and exchange it for a prize.
