1  Curriculum Development / Early Childhood / Re: What to do for a bored, active student? on: October 27, 2009, 10:50:14 AM
I teach Kindergarten (ages 5 and 6) in a day school. When a student is finished his/her work I try to give them an activity based on what we are learning but a step up. For example; I am teaching the alef-bet and nekudot, for one of the brighter boys in the class I had him write the alef-bet with different nekudot, my class is not writing yet. Or when we learned colors, He wrote the words in Hebrew using the corresponding color.
