I'll be teaching kids this year that are technically "older" (9-12) but since they are MR, they still need to do hands on projects. Any ideas for yom tov projects that are not too babyish for them, but they are capable of doing?

We Have started working with clay with our students. For Rosh Hashona they all made honey pots. They did this by putting clay around a small paper cup. When it set we removed the cups and students painted their masterpieces. Hatzlocho
